Economic Development
ECONorthwest has worked with dozens of local governments on economic development. ECONorthwest recently managed a project for the Regional Partners for Business, working with an advisory group comprised of elected and business leaders from across the Portland metropolitan area to identify how the City of Portland could achieve its economic development goals. Terry Moore, a vice president of ECONorthwest, is the primary author of an economic-development guidebook for local planners that will be published in 2007 by the American Planning Association.
