Carl Batten
Carl Batten is a senior economist who has been at ECONorthwest since 1986. He specializes in the identification and estimation of the economic and financial consequences of policy and management decisions. He has extensive experience in forecasting, econometric modeling, economic-impact analysis, and financial modeling. Batten has applied these techniques in the fields of industrial organization (antitrust), transportation management and planning, resource management and planning, energy, solid waste management and planning, revenue forecasting, business valuation, and damages calculation. He has also conducted financial feasibility analyses for public and private developments.
