John Boroski
John Boroski joined ECONorthwest in 2006 as a project manager and senior economist in the energy practice area. He specializes in the evaluation of energy programs and renewable energy impacts. His recent work has included process evaluations, impact evaluations, survey design and data analysis, database management, in-depth interviews, and developing logic models and program theory in support of other evaluation activities. Prior to joining ECONorthwest, John specialized in transportation planning for highways and transit and has expertise in benefit/cost analysis, project evaluation, policy and best practice research, and geographic information systems (GIS).
