Sarah Dammen
Sarah Dammen is an economist who joined ECONorthwest in 2008. Dammen specializes in transportation economics. Before joining ECONorthwest, she was an economist at the Volpe National Transportation Systems Research Center (USDOT) in Cambridge, MA. In this position she provided clients with decision support tools and economic analyses of policy and program options relating to transportation systems. She is active in the Transportation Research Board (TRB) and is a member of the TRB Committee on Transportation of Hazardous Materials. Dammen has a B.S. and an M.S. in economics from Oregon State University and was the recipient of a TransNow Fellowship.
