Susan Davis
Susan H. Davis, MCRP, focuses on long-range planning, transportation, and development. She offers valuable experience managing complex development projects. Before joining ECONorthwest, Davis was an Associate at Cogan Owens Cogan where she specialized in land use policy, regulatory analysis, and development entitlements. Davis was also a Senior Land Use Planner at WRG/Cardno Ltd, an international development firm specializing in physical and social infrastructure, where she guided a variety of large commercial and residential projects through the development process and designed public outreach efforts on behalf of her clients. Prior to becoming a consultant, Davis worked as a planner for the cities of Durango, Colorado and Sweet Home, Oregon.
Davis employs considerable expertise in project management and analysis in the context of long range planning, master plans, vision concepts, and specific land use challenges to help clients achieve advanced planning and development objectives. Her focus on creative problem-solving and collaboration assures success for clients in the public and private sectors.
