Anne Fifield
Anne Fifield rejoined ECONorthwest as an economist in 2009 after working at Johnson Reid for two years. Prior to that, she worked at ECONorthwest for ten years. Fifield has worked on numerous projects in economic impact analysis, policy analysis, market analysis, fiscal impact analysis, and for private and public clients. She specializes in assessing the economic and fiscal impacts of public policies at the local, regional, and state level. She also has extensive experience calculating economic damages for litigation.
