Beth Goodman
Beth Goodman joined ECONorthwest as a planner and project manager in 2005, specializing in land use planning. Goodman's recent projects have included: population and economic forecasting; conducting reviews of urban growth boundaries for Oregon cities; conducting economic opportunities analysis to determine the sufficiency of employment land; housing needs analysis to determine the sufficiency of residential land; managing a national study of the impact of land use regulations on affordable housing; and evaluating the impact of statewide Smart Growth policies on environmental quality in eight states. She has also worked on projects involving survey development and analysis, market analysis, and program evaluation.
