Melanie Hart
Melanie Hart is a Programmer/Data Architect who joined ECONorthwest in 2008. Her areas of expertise are data management, web application development, and quantitative programming. She has applied these skills to projects in education, program evaluation, workforce development, low-income and disability benefits estimation and, before joining ECONorthwest, biomedical research. Melanie is proficient in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Python, R, VBA and Matlab. Her background in optimization and predictive data modeling brings creative problem-solving expertise to all of her technical computing projects.
