Tami Rasmussen
Tami Rasmussen is a Director in ECONorthwest's energy practice area and has over 12 years experience in conducting energy efficiency program impact and process evaluations. Specific experience includes managing evaluation studies, developing survey instruments, directing survey implementation, as well as providing analytical support for impact evaluations, market effects studies, and process evaluations for utility energy efficiency and demand response programs. Ms. Rasmussen has developed sample designs and managed billing analyses. She also has extensive experience cleaning and analyzing data, including survey and utility tracking and customer information system databases. Finally, she has designed dozens of qualitative and quantitative data collection instruments and conducted and managed in-depth interviews and quantitative surveys.
