Tom Souhlas
Tom Souhlas is a policy analyst who joined ECONorthwest in 2009. Souhlas specializes in environmental valuation, natural resource policy, and international sustainable development. His past work has focused on the value of voluntary greenhouse gas offsets and other ecosystem services, the socioeconomic impacts of large infrastructure projects, and the potential economic impacts of climate change.
Prior to joining ECONorthwest, Souhlas was a Research Assistant for SeaWeb, an ocean conservation organization based in Washington, DC where he worked on sustainable seafood market assessment and communication, and conducted research on the sustainable seafood market in the United Kingdom.
