Paul Thoma
Paul Thoma is an economist who joined ECONorthwest in 2009. Thoma specializes in cost/benefit analysis, economic impact analysis, policy development, and data analysis. His past work has focused on strategy consulting; assessing the economic and political impact of legislation at the national, state, and local level; developing policy for government and candidates; and providing economic analysis for political campaigns.
