Elizabeth Warren
Elizabeth Warren, MURP joined ECONorthwest in 2009 as an economist specializing in spatial dimensions of economic development. Her past work focused on the revitalization of disadvantaged communities and the social impacts of urban heat islands. Warren is also a certified geographic information systems (GIS) analyst with an interest in spatial statistics and econometric applications. Prior to joining ECONorthwest, Ms. Warren completed an infill housing study for Metro's Urban Growth Boundary Expansion Review, and helped develop a community action plan for Portland's Humboldt neighborhood.
