Ed Whitelaw

Ed Whitelaw is the founder and Chairman of the Board of ECONorthwest. He has taught at the University of Oregon since 1967 where he is a professor of economics. He specializes in urban and regional economics, resource and environmental economics, and the economic consequences of policy decisions. He has testified before administrative, legislative, congressional, and judicial bodies on a variety of economic issues.
