Kevin joined ECONorthwest as a senior research analyst in December 2016. He specializes in social policy and strategic planning, which he has applied to projects related to community engagement, regional economic development, and transportation. Kevin is skilled in policy research, messaging, and process analysis. Prior to joining ECONorthwest, Kevin worked as Governor Kate Brown’s Executive Assistant composing speeches, organizing statewide trips, and conducting healthcare policy research. Outside of the office, Kevin serves on the Multnomah County Citizen Involvement Committee and leads Passport Oregon, a nonprofit that connects youth to Oregon’s outdoors.
