Nick joined ECONorthwest in 2007. He specializes in regional planning and public-sector finance, and has overseen a wide range of projects related to land use and development, including real estate negotiations, development feasibility studies, economic cluster analysis, financial pro forma analysis, and tax increment financing (TIF). Prior to joining ECONorthwest, Nick was a Policy Advisor for the Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission, where he provided project management, and coordinated finance, public involvement, and strategic political advice for the Oregon Convention Center Headquarters Hotel Project.
